Gansevoort Market

Only a couple of blocks from The High Line and Chelsea Market and right in the smack middle of the Meatpacking District you will find the Gansevoort Market.  Ok, honestly, you MUST go.  Not only does it have locally produced goods with an open space communal table feel, but, walk right out and BOOM, you have tons of shopping waiting to happen!  Tacombi, Ed's Lobster Bar are some of the local finds you will find (how can you go wrong with tacos??) and Ed's lobster roll is actually the FIRST lobster roll I've ever tried in my life (I went to the one in SOHO) and let me tell you this, OMG, talk about a FIRST ever experience, that lobster roll did not stand a chance, like EVER. So, if you happen to visit the High Line one of these days, or just want to experience the Meatpacking District, make sure to stop by at the Gansevoort Market, you won't be disappointed (it's open daily from 8am-9pm)! xo
